On 27 March, the SUCCEED Governing Committee and Advisory Board convened for their first in-person meeting at the TAFISA European Sport for All Forum, marking a significant milestone for the project. This meeting brought together leaders from all capacity building training programs under the SUCCEED umbrella, fostering collaboration and alignment across projects.

The discussions on the first day centered on enhancing synergy among various SUCCEED programs, identifying key challenges, and exploring new opportunities for growth. By bringing diverse perspectives together, participants worked towards a unified vision for the initiative’s impact and long-term sustainability.

Building on this momentum, day two focused on crucial operational aspects, including standardizing reporting procedures, refining evaluation metrics, and finalizing the Theory of Change for the overarching SUCCEED framework. These discussions laid the groundwork for a more structured and measurable approach to project success.

By the close of the meeting, the SUCCEED Governing Committee and Advisory Board members departed with a clear sense of direction and confidence in the next phases of the SUCCEED project. This milestone meeting reaffirmed the project’s commitment to excellence, collaboration, and measurable impact in capacity building.
